Default how do you set up a good paragon?

I know there are many different ways to play one (spear spiker, shout/chanter) but I want to know how to make a well balanced one. For instance, a balanced warrior would have 3-5 atk skills, 1-2 defensive/heals skills and a res.

My current para has 4 spear skills, 1 self heal 2 arias and a res

I started using 3 spear skills, then dropped down to two (Barbed Spear and Lightning Spear). I used Leader's Comfort which I occasionally dropped if I had a higher level Healing henchie. Anthem of Flame to boost myself and Koss (who was pretty much always with me), and any other melee monions or henchies. The signet that heals target + Self, and the regen echo. Rez signet (just incase), annnnnd... one other skill I can't remember off hand, being that I'm at work. Course, this is just what I used until I hit level 20 and started to PVP and earn more skills. But, this setup lasted me and worked quite well.
